	Kurt Foote Partner and Co-Educational Director Kurt graduated from the prestigious Von Curtis Academy of Hair Design in Provo, Utah in 1988. Kurt then spent the next four years working at several San Francisco salons, including the world-renown Architects and Heroes Salon, where he honed his skills as a stylist. In 1993, after the birth of his second child, he returned home to Idaho to raise his family. Kurt has been making people beautiful here in Boise ever since. Kurt is a licensed instructor of cosmetology in the State of Idaho and maintains a full clientele at DV8 Salon.

	Lance Gines Partner and Co-Educational Director Lance is also a graduate of the Von Curtis Academy of Hair Design (currently Paul Mitchell the School) in Provo, Utah. During his more than 20 years in the industry he has been a salon owner, designer, and educator. After graduating, Lance worked in Salt Lake City at the esteemed David Anthony Sargent Salon. In 1989, Lance returned to Twin Falls to open the La Rossa Salon. While operating the salon, Lance became involved with the Tressa Company’s educational programs where he spent six years traveling the country developing and sharing new techniques with other professionals via hair shows and in-salon training seminars. In 1991, he closed the salon to pursue career opportunities in Seattle and Boise. Since returning to Boise in 1995, Lance has been teaching on a part-time basis while maintaining his clientele at DV8 Salon in downtown Boise.

	Eric Holley Partner and Director of Operations Eric Holley has 12 years of experience in the health-care industry. During this time he has served as General Manager for Cardinal Health, a 40-billion dollar Fortune-100 company, and Sr. Client Executive for Cerner Corporation. Eric attended Boise State University and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications at Willamette University. As Director of Operations Eric oversees Academy Admissions and Enrollment.
